Dear Mr Lindsay Dartington College of Arts is more than a priceless institution, it is a living, evolving presence.
Dear Andrew, I was very shocked to learn about the apparently uncertain future of Dartington College of Arts, and even more so to learn of the proposal to remove it from the Dartington Hall Estate and to relocate the college’s departments within University College Falmouth.
Dear Mr Brewerton, I am norwegian cellist and composer and a former student of Dartington
Dear Vaughan Lindsay, Professor Andrew Brewerton, the Trustees of Dartington College of Arts I am writing to you to express my deepest concern at the threat to Dartington College of Arts. I was a Theatre student at the college from 2000-2003 and it has stood me in very good stead. I have been a practising artist ever since, and I am sure this would not have been possible without the education, training and conducive environment that was Dartington.
Dear Professor Brewerton, I write to express my concern that a question-mark is being placed over the future of the College in the context of the Dartington Estate.
Dear Mr Lindsay, I am a former music student of Dartington College, and had the privilege of being made an Honorary Fellow in 2003. Since leaving Dartington I have been lucky enough to have a successful international and recording career as a harpsichordist, particularly in the field of contemporary music.
Dear Dartingtonephiles, I fear that at the start of the nineties a certain arrogance undercut the vision of the college and forced an unhappy compliance with a 'Thatcherite' idea. Perhaps I failed to raise my voice high enough, but it seemed then that no one was listening.
Dear Sir/Madam, This is to lend my support to efforts to maintain Dartington College of Arts in its current location.
Dear Professor Andrew Brewerton, I am writing on behalf of People Show, one of the longest established experimental theatre companies in the UK to vehemently oppose the proposed closure and relocation of Dartington College of Arts.
Dear Sir! Madam, I was dismayed to hear of the discussions concerning the future of Dartington College of Arts.
